BREAKING NEWSThe Orlando Pirates vs. Sundowns match will take place at a NEW location!….

Later this month, the Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns will play their highly anticipated Betway Premiership match at a new location.

Given the ramifications of the title race, the match is expected to be a major event, and a suitable location has been selected!

Mamelodi Sundowns would most likely win a league title that would set a new record if they won.

A “six-point” victory for Pirates, however, might have a significant impact on the outcome of the Betway Premiership title at the end of the season.

The original plan was for the game to be played on March 15, 2025, at Orlando Stadium.

A day later, though, the game will take place at the storied FNB Stadium, according to IDiski Times!

“The decision was made in what is anticipated to be another sold-out event due to the fixture’s traffic control issues, crowding, and supporters’ security concerns,” the publication said.

In other developments, over the past month, Monnapule Saleng’s protracted dispute with the Orlando Pirates has garnered significant attention.

Although Saleng has been a fantastic player for the Buccaneers in recent years, it seems like their connection has soured this season.

Saleng’s parents claim that because of his low pay, the Orlando Pirates player is depressed and wants to leave the Buccaneers!

In Mayfair, Thabo Tsoeu, the father of Monnapule Saleng, has talked candidly about her son’s issues. See what she said below.

“I’m hurting. It breaks my heart to see his profession in such a state because he is the one who looks after us at home. His father told SundayWorld, “I wish he could tell me what is really bothering him before it’s too late.”

“The contract is the issue. Given that the Orlando Pirates are among the biggest clubs in the nation, we would like him to stay with them.

He couldn’t have been called by Bafana if he wasn’t a valuable asset. We are asking Pirates to think about what he want. When someone else receives R500,000 when you contribute significantly in the majority of the matches, it’s unjust.
