Max Merrick, the goalie for Chelsea, has agreed to a new contract till 2028.
In addition to being a consistent member of the U21 squad this season, Merrick received his maiden England U20 cap in October.
Additionally, the goalie was benched for Chelsea against Noah and Astana in Europa Conference League matches.
In January, Merrick moved on loan to Hampton & Richmond to play senior football for the first time.
This season, he appeared in 19 games in the National League South.
